Menu Plan Monday
Here's the menu plan for January 26 - February 1.
Breakfasts:
Cold cereal, oatmeal, grits & toast, Fiber One bars
Lunches:
Leftovers, sandwiches, soup
Suppers:
Monday - Red beans and rice with cornbread (ended up cooking that last night and we have lots of leftovers).
Tuesday - Santa Fe Soup (This is a really easy recipe, I'll try to post it Tuesday.)
Wednesday - Chicken club ring
Thursday - Hamburger Helper
Friday - Fiesta Lime Chicken
Saturday - Breakfast for supper: Pancakes, sausage, eggs
Sunday - Mr. McHacker won't be here for supper, so I'll probably just eat cereal :-)

I love having breakfast for supper, though my husband doesn't. Because he travels so much I make it when he's out of town!
Mmmm...Breakfast for supper is my fave!!
I love red beans and rice. That's a favorite around here too. Looking forward to the Santa Fe soup recipe.
